This Distance Contract (hereinafter – Contract) is concluded between the owner of the online shopping website www.antik1.com, Limited Liability Company “Auto anatomija”, legal address: Liepāja, Kungu iela 23, LV-3401, registration number: 42103050169, e-mail: autoanatomija@inbox.lv, on the one hand (hereinafter – the Seller), and a person who is at least 18 years old (hereinafter – the Buyer), who places an order in the online store www.antik1.com (hereinafter – ANTIK1 website), on the other hand, conclude the following Distance Contract:
SIA “Auto anatomija” undertakes to sell and deliver goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer’s order.

1. General Terms
SIA “Auto anatomija”
1.1. The Seller utilizes an organized form of trade where the contract is concluded using distance communication means; therefore, the trader’s online store is considered an organized system of the trader, where a Distance Contract can be concluded between the Seller and the Buyer who places an order on the online store antik1.com.
1.2. By placing an order on antik1.com, the Customer confirms that they have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of the Contract.
1.3. A Distance Contract is an agreement between the Buyer and the Seller and/or service provider, concluded without being physically present in the same location, using the internet, telephone, or email.
1.4. Product images uploaded to antik1.com are photographed in-store under various lighting conditions (natural light on a sunny day, natural light on a rainy day, warm artificial light, cool artificial light) and may differ. The displayed dimensions correspond to those specified on the website, but if additional information, dimensions, or pictures are required, a request should be made to phone number +37126366331 or email autoanatomija@inbox.lv.
1.5. Most goods are used and/or vintage, antique. It must be noted that there may be various signs of wear, such as wear consistent with the age of the item, small scratches, abrasions in the material, fading, color variations, or other minor visual defects that do not affect the functionality of the product. Such defects will not be taken into account in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal.
1.6. The Distance Contract enters into force as soon as the Buyer places an order online and receives a confirmation of the placed order from the Seller via email. The order and order confirmation are considered received when they can be accessed by the parties to whom they are addressed.
1.7. antik1.com reserves the right to unilaterally modify the terms of the distance contract, price list, and product offerings at any time at its discretion, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. Changes take effect upon publication on the antik1.com website. Orders placed prior to the effective date of changes are subject to the terms in force at the time the order was placed.

2. Product
2.1. The Seller offers the Buyer to purchase furniture, lamps, dishes, interior items, etc. products (hereinafter – Goods).
2.3. The price of the Goods does not include payment for delivery, carrying, assembly, installation, or other services.
2.4. Goods may be delivered disassembled.

3. Payment Methods and Procedure
3.1. The Seller offers the Buyer to pay for the order of goods via bank transfer. The Seller issues an invoice and sends it to the email address provided by the Buyer.

4. Placing an Order
4.1. The Buyer clicks the “Buy” button and leaves their contact information to complete the purchase.
4.2. To process the order, the Seller will contact the Buyer to discuss the payment method, delivery method, and address.

5. Order Processing
5.1. Orders placed by the Buyer are accepted continuously, except in cases of internet availability disruptions due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control, and excluding Sundays and public holidays.

6. Receiving Goods
6.1. The method of receiving the Goods is chosen by the Buyer when placing the order on antik1.com.
6.2. Ordered goods can be picked up at: Liepāja, Ģenerāļa Baloža iela 45, LV-3402.
6.3. If the Buyer chooses a delivery service, the Goods will be delivered to the Buyer upon separate agreement regarding the delivery price, time, and location.
6.4. Delivery of Goods is provided by the Seller, the Seller’s partners, or according to the Buyer’s choice.
6.5. Upon receipt of the Goods, we recommend carefully inspecting the products and their packaging. By accepting the Goods, the Buyer confirms that the packaging and the product are undamaged at the time of receipt.
6.6. Goods are delivered to the building entrance of the delivery address.
6.7. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays if the Buyer has specified an incorrect delivery address, door code, or other details and cannot be reached at the provided phone number.

7. Right of Withdrawal
7.1. The Buyer has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the contract and return the Goods to the Seller within 14 (fourteen) calendar days, subject to the conditions of clause 8.3.
7.2. The period for exercising the right of withdrawal is counted from the day the Buyer receives the Goods.

8. Return Procedure
8.1. The Buyer has the right to return Goods received within 14 (fourteen) calendar days by sending or delivering them to the Seller’s showroom at: Liepāja, Ģenerāļa Baloža iela 45, LV-3402, with prior agreement on the return time.
8.2. When returning Goods, the Buyer covers all expenses associated with the return of the Goods.
8.3. The Buyer has the right to receive a full refund of all payments made for the goods if the Buyer has fulfilled the following conditions:
8.3.1. The product is unused, undamaged, in complete set, and in original packaging.
8.3.2. The Buyer returns the purchase documents.
8.3.3. The product is not a custom order (pre-ordered product according to the size, style, color, functionality requested by the client), the conformity of which the Buyer previously confirmed when placing the order. A confirmation email sent by the Buyer is considered as confirmation. Orders where the quantity of a single product exceeds 5 units may also be considered custom orders.
8.4. The Seller undertakes to transfer the payment for the returned Goods to the Buyer’s bank account no later than within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date the Buyer has met the conditions specified in clause 8.3 of the Contract.

9. Warranty
9.1. All goods are used and/or vintage, antique. Each item is unique and available in a single copy. Goods cannot be exchanged. No warranty for use is provided for the goods. The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal.

10. Buyer Data Security
10.1. The Seller takes responsibility for the Buyer’s personal data submitted at the time of placing the order and confirms that it will be used solely for fulfilling the order and maintaining customer relations. Data is not transferred to third parties without the client’s consent.
10.2. Data processing is carried out in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection.

11. Other Conditions
11.1. The Seller reserves the right to inform the Buyer about new products, discounts, and services. The Buyer has the right to request full deletion of their personal data from the Seller’s database if data is stored.
11.2. The Seller does not compensate for moral damages, possible expenses, or lost opportunities resulting from changes in delivery terms, prices, product completeness, availability, or due to supplier fault.
11.3. The Seller reserves the right to cancel Buyer orders if prepayment was requested but the Buyer did not pay the advance invoice within the specified period, or if the Buyer cannot be reached at the phone number provided, or if the Buyer provided doubtful information about themselves.

12. Term of the Contract
The Contract enters into force at the moment the Buyer places an order for Goods and remains valid until both contracting parties have fully fulfilled their obligations toward each other.
