The sculptural language is clearly rooted in Historicism<\/strong>: the triangular trepied<\/em> base with its perforated architectural frame, acanthus<\/em> leaf garlands at the foot, and volute<\/em>-shaped arm connections all speak to a deliberate revival of 18th-century European court tradition. Yet the upper ornament already carries the botanical naturalism that prefigures Art Nouveau<\/strong>: tulipe<\/em>-form nozzles, flowing leaves, and a bud finial at the crown create a botanical sculpture rather than merely a decorative object.
